Look. We are just keepin it real. The Wellness Revolution is in full affect. Many of us though have not been exposed to the Wholistic Perspective as envisioned by our ancestors. Real Traditional Afrikan Culture lies at the foundation of many of the "New Age" philosophies and metaphysical practices. We are clearing the dust off and putting the Traditional Culture in use for everyday living. We are grateful for the remnants of Afrikan Culture that have been kept alive thru so many other cultures.
